จังหวัดภูเก็ตนอกจากจะมีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสวยงามติดอันดับโลกแล้ว หลายคนก็คงเห็นด้วยว่าอาหารก็อร่อยติดอันดับในใจของใครอีกหลายๆคนเช่นกัน วันนี้ก็เลยขอรวบรวบเมนูต่างๆที่รับประกันความอร่อยมาฝากจ้า

ขอเริ่มกันที่ หมี่ฮกเกี้ยน เป็นอาหารที่คนภูเก็ตนิยมกินกันมาก หมี่ทั้งแบบผัดและแบบซุป สำหรับหมี่ผัดฮกเกี้ยนซึ่งมีหลายสูตรที่เป็นสูตรดั้งเดิมจากบรรพบุรุษ สามารถสั่งเส้นได้หลากหลาย แต่ที่อยากแนะนำให้ลองคือ หมี่หุ้นหมี่ผัดซึ่งจะมีเส้นผสมกันทั้งบะหมี่เหลืองและเส้นหมี่ขาว (ถ้าอยากให้อร่อยยิ่งขึ้นสั่งใส่ไข่ด้วยจ้า... :P) ซึ่งหมี่ผัดฮกเกี้ยนจะกินกับหอมแดงและกุ้ยช่ายค่ะ ร้านที่แนะนำมีหลายที่ค่ะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นร้านหมี่ใต้ต้นโพธิ์บริเวณวงเวียนสุรินทร์(วงเวียนหอนาฬิกา) ร้านหมี่อ่าวเก ถนนพูนผล  ร้านหมี่สะปำบนถนนเทพกษัตรีย์ ซึ่งแต่ละที่จะมีสูตรเฉพาะแต่รับประกันว่าอร่อยหมดเลยจ้า ส่วนหมี่น้ำฮกเกี้ยนก็จะเน้นน้ำซุปที่ทำจากกุ้งแท้ๆให้ความหวานอร่อยจนต้องติดใจ ร้านที่แนะนำคือร้านสมจิตรบริเวณวงเวียนสุรินทร์ (ใกล้กับร้านหมี่ใต้ต้นโพธิ์) ร้านจิรายุวัฒน์หลังภูเก็ตแฟนตาเซีย สี่แยกเพิร์ล

Hokkien Mee is one of the traditional cuisine of phuket served in 2 different styles, stir-fried (Mee Pad) and with soup (Mee Nam). The main ingredients are seafood, noodle (various style) and vegetable. (But I recommend to order with egg for extra.) There are some very old delicious Hokkien Mee Shops, such as Mee Ton Pho Shop on Phuket Road diagonally across the Surin Circle (the Clock Tower) from Metropole Hotel , Mee Aua Kae Shop on Pool Phol Road, and Mee Sapam Shop on Tepkasatree Road. The delicious Hokkien Mee in soup is available at some well known shops such as Somjit Mee Shop near the Clock Tower (just 2 blocks next to Mee Ton Pho Shop) or Jirayuwat Mee Shop near The Fantasia  (Pearl Cinema in former) at Pearl intersection. 

จานต่อมาก็ขอแนะนำโอต้าวค่ะ ชื่ออาจฟังดูแปลกๆแต่รับรองว่ารสชาดไม่ทำให้ผิดหวังแน่นอน ลักษณะคล้ายกับหอยทอด แต่แป้งจะมีลักษณะนุ่มกว่า ใช้หอยนางรมตัวเล็ก ผัดกับแป้ง เผือก และไข่ นิยมกินกับกากหมูทอดเป็นอาหารว่างกินพอให้อิ่มท้อง แต่บางคนอาจกินเป็นอาหารจานหลักก็ได้ ร้านที่มีชื่อเช่น ร้านโอต้าววงเวียน หน้าวงเวียนหอนาฬิกา  ร้านโอต้าวใกล้โรงเรียนเทศบาลบ้านบางเหนียวติดกับสะพานลอย ร้านโอต้าว ถนนปฏิพัทธ์ ในตัวเมืองภูเก็ต และที่ร้านหมี่สะปำก็มีให้บริการค่ะ

- near the circle by the Fresh Market  - at Mee Sapam   - near the Tessaban Ban Bang Niao School - on Vichit Songkram Rd., near the entrance to Soi Lorong.

แบบแรกเรียกว่า Wild Twist ทำง่ายมากค่ะ แค่รวบผมเป็นหางม้าสูง รัดด้วยยางหรือ twist หนึ่งรอบแล้วรัดเกลียวผมรอบที่สองแต่ไม่ต้องดึงผมออกมาทั้งหมด ทรงนี้ดูใสๆยุ่งๆแบบธรรมชาติจ้า First is Wild Twist. Gather your hair and make a ponytail and create a bun with EP twist .

แบบที่สอง Braided Twist ก็คือการถักเปียนั่นเองค่ะ แต่ปัดผมมาด้านข้างแล้วเลือกตกแต่งปลายด้วย twist สีสันสดใส แค่นี้ก็แจ่มแล้วล่ะค่ะ :P
Braided Twist: Braid your hair of your favorite style to one side right behide your ear and secure the end of the hair with the pony ealstic or pony twist.

 

แบบที่สาม Chignon Crown ให้รวบผมแค่ครึ่งศีรษะแล้วบิดปอยผมที่รวบไว้ หมุนทำเป็นมวยผมเล็กๆจนสุด สอดปิ่นปักผม (EP) จากด้านล่างผ่านจุดกลางมวยผมขึ้นไปเล็กน้อยแล้วบิดกลับลงมายึดมวยผมให้แน่น
Chignon Crown: Gather half of your hair up part .Twist the end while wrapping your hair around in a circle to form a bun. Insert EP chignon through the outer edge of the bun and reverse the direction of the chignon and slide it back through the bun to secure.

แบบที่สี่เรียกว่า Chignon Twist ค่ะ คล้ายกับแบบที่สามแต่ให้แบ่งผมเป็น 2 ข้างแบบไม่ต้องเท่ากัน แล้วทำตามแบบที่สาม โดยให้มวยผมทั้ง 2 ข้างไล่ระดับกัน ดูเป็นคุณหนู หรือสาวน้อย ballerina เลยนะเนี่ย

หลายๆคนคงเคยเจอเหตุการณ์ในภาวะฉุกเฉิน เช่น อาจไปเจอคนที่กำลังหมดสติหรือเกิดภาวะหัวใจหยุดเต้นเฉียบพลัน ทราบมั้ยค่ะว่า หากเราสามารถเข้าไปช่วยเหลือได้อย่างทันท่วงทีและถูกต้อง เราอาจสามารถช่วยให้เค้ารอดชีวิตได้ ซึ่งสิ่งเหล่านี้สามารถเรียนรู้ได้เบื้องต้นจาก slide ที่จัดทำโดยมูลนิธิสอนช่วยชีวิต (Resuscitation Foundation) อยากให้เพื่อนๆลองชมและศึกษาดูนะค่ะ เพราะคิดว่าน่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ในยามฉุกเฉินได้และที่สำคัญเพื่อคนที่เรารักค่ะ
